Serve on warm pita bread, french bread or crostini and sprinkle elgani dukkah over. Decorate salad with 2 or 3 cheese balls. When finished  cheese, use the delicious extra virgin olive oil for dipping, dressing, and cooking. To ensure long life keep the cheese below the olive oil line.
